Processing time is 1 to 3 business days from Monday to Friday. During this period, your order is prepared, packed, and handed over to the carrier.
Delivery time is typically 7 to 9 business days, starting from the moment the order is shipped.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent by email so you can follow your parcel until delivery.
During peak seasons or due to customs procedures, delivery times may vary.

Free Shipping
All orders include free shipping with tracking.
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Address Verification and Cancellations
We may request confirmation of your address or identity for security reasons.
If no response is received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
For damaged parcels, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item. After verification, a replacement or refund may be arranged.
For lost parcels, if the carrier confirms successful delivery, our responsibility ends. Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office for more information.
